I made this card with the techniques that I learned on the On Line classes Stenciled. I used a feather stencil, a large one and used texture paste to raise the image, and used embossing powders, Rangers "Faded Jeans" an unknown dark green, and a WOW "white twinkle" and when the paste had dried I used a heat gun to raise the glitter, I used a Cheery Lynn cutting die for the sentiment that I bought from Fat Cats Cards,
