fun in the sun
Hi there, Here is the card for today, "Fun in the sun" The picture is a free graphic from "The Graphic Fairy", www.thegraphicsfairy.com, They have lots of free graphics, all beautiful. I used a yellow cardstock for the base which is 5-3/4" x 5-3/4" inches. I used the Tim Holts Stencil "Rays" for the sun and used Texture Paste which I coloured yellow, it doesn't show up very well in the photo, and also used yellow texture paste for the sand. I used a couple of charms, a star and sand castle, that were in my stash for ages, the stamps are from free stamp from Papercraft Australia magazine from some years ago, it is called "Surf's Up" and was made by Pollycraft. I used Perfect Pearls mist "Sunflower Sparkle" to add highlights to the rays and the sand and I cut out the picture with a Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Rectangles Small. I am entering this into the Craft Room challenge, http://craft-roomchallenge.blogspot.com.au "Sun-Sand-and Surf, and also into Unruly Paper Arts, http://www.unrulypaperarts.com/2014/06/June-reader-art-quest.html, "By the Sea"
