I enjoyed making this card, and I always love the Simon Says Stamp challenges!!!52 (Christmas) card throwdown - July Sketch 7
This is todays card made for the 52 (Christmas) card throwdown, July sketch 7 challenge. I used a plain white cardstock for the background card base and the christmas is from Darkroom Door, and a blue cardstock from my stash and I used a corner from Nellie Snellon Multi Frame cutting die and the small church is from Marianne Creatables Village cutting die. the little silver stars I have had for years and a small red flat backed pearl for the centres from Kaiser craft. I have a lot of fun working on this card for this challengeFriday, 6 July 2012
"Tag"
I made this tag card today for the challenge on Simon Says Stamp "Tag". I got the inspiration for this card from Creative Cardmaking Magazine from the UK, it is a pop up style card, with the tag inside, and you pull it up and it sits in the base. I used red card stock for the background of the card with Bo Bunny Paper "Believe", I used the gingerbread people cutting die from the Quickutz set "Jolly", and the pointsettia is from Marianne's creative dies. and the Christmas ticket is from a RAK from my friend Meg. When the card is closed it will fit into a regular envelope and when the tag is pulled up it will stand in the base.

Anything Goes
Merry Christmas
This is a second card I made today from left over scraps, I used the white card stock for the base of the card with a left over piece of paper from Megs Garden "A Vintage Christmas" paper stack, with a red background and used a Merry Christmas cutting die from the Quick Kutz set "Jolly" for the sentiment and the holly, I used a Marianne die for the pointsettia. I shaded the edges with a red ink pad.Santa Claus is coming to town
This is today's card, Christmas is only a few months away and I like to get the cards ready as I send out quite a lot. I used white cardstock with Darkroom Door Christmas paper for all the paper elements, the Ho Ho Ho was cut with the QuickKutz set "Jolly" Limited edition. I use this quite a lot with my Christmas cards, I cut the flower and leaves with Marianne Creatables cutting die. I quite like this one.
