skates
Hi everyone, hope the day is good for you, it is freezing here in Newcastle, have to put warm socks on, spring will be here in a couple of weeks, looking forward to the warmer weather. I made this card to enter in the 52 (Christmas) card throwdown, August Challenge, which is to use Silver, Gold, White and Cream. http://52cct.blogspot.com.au I used a cream cardstock for the base and gold corrugated card and also a creamy paper which I embossed with Sizzex embossing folder "snow flurries", I cut the ice skates with Tim Holtz "Mini Soldier and Ice Skate" Movers and Shapers cutting die out of Silver card Stock even though it came out black with the scanner, they are silver, and white Pointsettias with gold centre,, from Mariannes creatables cutting die. I also took a photo with my camera and the skates came out brown and silver, it is a mystery how to get it right!!!
