Another variation of the flip it card
This is another flip it style made with a spellbinder style die on dark blue card stock and all white flowers butterfly etc. I think I prefer this style to the previous one.
Flip it card
Here is my first try at a flip it card, instructions are from Darlene Designs, and I only used one owl, it was a bit difficult at first but I think the more I practice the easier it will become.

Christmas Card - Blue
I made this card tonight, I got the inspiration from one of the blogs, but I cannot remember who's it was, and deleted it before I noted the name. But I did like it and used three different blue cardstocks with a blue/white Christmas ribbon from my stash to go across the back under the medium blue and white cardstock for the landscape which was cut from a Memory Box die "Country Landscape" this is a great die and can be used in a lot of different ways, I enjoyed doing this card.

Here is an engagement card I made with my new Birdsong pad by Graphic 45, I used red cardstock for the card itself with beautiful papers from the pad and for the brass flower I used a lovely piece that was given to me by my friend Meg and a lovely litte poppy that came out of my stash, and a small piece of black ribbon for the bow, I used the sentiment Happiness, Love, Dream and I hope my friend will like her card.

Thank you card
I haven't been making any cards for the last two or three weeks as we had a death in the family. But I made this "Thank you", with 4" x 4" white card stock, with 3-3/4" square designer paper from my stash, I used some lace and cut out the smallest size die from the Couture - "Victorian rectangles" and shaded it with pale green ink pad with the Tim Holtz dabber and the Thanks stamp was unlabled, and the lovely butterfly was a free stamp from "Craft Stamper" magazine, I made about 20 of these.

centre step card
This is the second step style of card that I have made, the instructions also came from splitcoaststampers.com, the have very clear instructions for all sorts of makes. I used left over christmas paper and the off cut from a tim holtz one the edge die. I embossed the christmas card from a Couture embossing folder, fancy christmas tree, I put some sparkly kindy glitz on it, the Santa and the pine leaves are from a christmas pad.
side step card
This is the first step card that I have tried, I got the pattern from Splitcoaststampers.com, this is an excellent site with lots and lots of tutorials, I made it a Christmas card with Tim Holtz pine trees and sizzes snowflakes with kindyglitz silver for the sparkle. For a first I am pleased with it, I also used small red stick on pearls from Kaisercraft Basics
Poppies
This is another card I made over the weekend. It is white cardstock covered with a sheet from a Bo Bunny 6 x 6 paper pad, The centres were cut from a Nellie Snellon round cutting die, one of the first that I bought also the smaller circle was cut with the same die only one of the smaller ones. The stamp is from a free stamp from Cardmaking and Papercraft, "The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady" this is a very nice stamp with several different flowers. I coloured the poppies with water colour pencils from Faber-Castelle. and a small amount of lace from my stash.
enjoy the journey
I made this card over the weekend, it is made with a variety of stamps, Tim Holtz "the Journey" and several from a free set from Vintage Chic from one of the magazines from Practical Publishing, the background is Vintage Photo distress pad., I like this one.
